Partner Requirements - Charge DCPS

Requirements for School Program Providers who:
✓ Charge DCPS for services

Before beginning programming, please confirm you've completed ALL required steps below. If you have any questions, please refer to our Partner Requirements page or contact the Partnerships Team.

I am a registered School Program Provider.

I have partnered with a school(s).

I am a registered DC government vendor.

I have a Purchase Order with a school or Central Services for the current fiscal year.

All of my staff and volunteers have been cleared by the DCPS Clearance Office.

(If using DCPS facilities outside of regular school hours) I have a Facilities Use Agreement with the Department of General Services for the school(s) in which I'll be operating.

For support on becoming a DCPS vendor and establishing a purchase order, please work directly with your Central Services program or school point of contact.
